The Institute for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (IIE) is an initiative from University of Gothenburg supported by the Stena foundation. The institute will be a hub for research, education and collaboration in the field of innovation and entrepreneurship. The institute will be an integrated part of the Gothenburg University innovation system by supporting innovation and entrepreneurship processes.
The Institute for Innovation and Entrepreneurship has the following primary areas of activities:
Innovation, entrepreneurship and management of intellectual assets is by nature both multi- and interdisciplinary and often require genuine interdisciplinary cooperation in order to achieve understanding of innovation processes and the actions to be taken. The Institute for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (IIE) merges the edge of all academic disciplines with applied innovation knowledge, in close collaboration with industry, universities and faculties.
